Your smartphone must operate more quickly than you can see
The speed level was restricted by the developer who made your phone.
You can help yourself by following these instructions:
1. Launch the app for system settings.
2. Select "About phone."
3. Click on the software details.
4. To access the developer options, scroll through the available options and tap the Build number five times.
5. Go back to the prior selection and select the Developer options.
6. Find the Windows animination scale, the transition animination scale, and the Animinator duration scale by scrolling through the available options.
7. Adjust those scales to 0, 0, and 0.5x as necessary.
